Nutritional therapy

Everyone eats, so nutritional therapy is for everyone!

What you put in your mouth is the most important aspect of how you influence your health. Your body is literally made of what you put into it. Ensuring you are providing your body with the nutrients it needs is fundamental to optimum health.

Many imbalances within the body can be corrected with nutritional therapy by providing the body with the building blocks it requires to perform its everyday functions.

When imbalances have occurred or disease processes have set-in, nutrition can begin to set you on the path back to health.

What conditions can Nutritional Therapy treat?

Nutritional therapy with Jo Rowkins dipNT
Jo uses Nutritional Therapy to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Nutritional therapy aims to correct imbalances in the body's systems and treat the underlying cause of the problem.

Jo is particularly interested in the link between stress and ill-health. The stressed body cannot perform proper regeneration and detoxification functions, and as a result, many imbalances may arise.

Jo is currently working from a cleansing and detoxification spa in Thailand as their executive health adviser and nutritionist. As a result of her work at The Spa, Jo has helped many people through cleansing and fasting programs for detoxification purposes.

Jo is also a certified yoga teacher and can offer advice on stress-relieving exercises and correct breathing techniques to bring relaxation and energy into the body.

Jo aims to help her clients find their own inner health potential and guides them to make the correct choices for their current situation.
