Strawberry, banana and flax shake


This smoothie is packed with goodness. Protein, minerals, essential fats, vitamin C, potassium, phytochemicals for immunity and hormone balance. For good measure, the cinnamon helps regulates insulin sensitivity for effective blood sugar balancing, eliminating cravings and assisting weight loss. Perfection in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Handful frozen strawberries
  • Fresh almond milk
  • 2 heaped teaspoons  ground flax seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Blend everything in the blender until smooth and enjoy this smoothie as a delicious snack.
