Green Keto Smoothie

We all know that guzzling down fruit juice is not good for health, so using green veggies instead for juicing is preferable. Here I’ve juiced some veggies and then blended them with basil, avocado and spirulina for a green drink that really packs a health punch, and will flood your body with nutrients to keep you in tip-top health.

Ingredients:

  • Big chunk of fennel
  • A couple of celery stalks
  • 6cm broccoli stalk
  • 2 broccoli heads
  • 1/2 unwaxed lemon with rind
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5cm fresh ginger
  • Handful fresh basil
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 avocado

Method:

  1. Juice the vegetables, ginger and lemon.
  2. Blend the vegetable juice with the avocado, basil and spirulina until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!
