We use delicious foods that support hormones, metabolism, blood sugar balance and healthy weight loss. We eliminate sugar, processed foods, wheat and alcohol. We take a relaxed low carb Paleo approach that is based on vegetables, proteins and healthy fats, alongside selected grains in moderation. The plan includes over 40 simple recipes and is up-to-date with current scientific and nutritional research.

Jo qualified as a Nutritional Therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2008. She has consulted with thousands of people from all around the world with many differenet health issues. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, combining lifestyle and nutritional medicine for a truly holistic approach.
Jo consults privately creating bespoke nutritional therapy and lifestyle packages for her clients' individual health issues. She specialises in stress related conditions, female hormone balance, weight loss and self care practices.
Jo believes that finding balance is the key to abundant health and vitality and is interested in exploring many aspects to guide her clients to a place of balance, connecting to the reasons behind the behaviours and helping them become more mindful of their habits.
Jo used to be the executive health adviser at a spa in Thailand and has many clients all around the world. She enjoys being able to make her work accessible to more people by offering group online programs.
She resides in Brighton, England and is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy).
