I love what I do! I have over ten years experience consulting with clients from around the world with a variety of health conditions. In the picture I’m drinking a ‘liver flush’ drink at a health spa in Thailand, not a sugary cocktail! Saying that, my way of working is all about finding balance, connecting with the reasons behind our actions and learning how to mindfully indulge! I now enjoy seeing clients in Brighton & London and online from anywhere, and running online courses.

What Foods Are Allowed?

We use delicious foods that support hormones, metabolism, blood sugar balance and healthy weight loss. We eliminate sugar, processed foods, wheat and alcohol. We take a relaxed low carb Paleo-style approach that is based on vegetables, proteins and healthy fats, alongside selected grains in moderation. The plan includes over 40 recipes and is up-to-date with current scientific and nutritional research. Suitable for omnivores and vegans alike.

A typical day’s food:

  • Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs & Veggies/Quinoa Porridge/Buckwheat Pancakes with Berries
  • Lunch: Salmon with Nicoise Salad/Vegetarian Chilli/Frittata with Cherry Tomatoes & Spinach
  • Dinner: Steamed Fish with Spicy Sesame Oil/Quinoa with Butternut Squash/Lamb Tagine
  • Snacks (if needed): Green Smoothie/Hummus & Celery/Raw Almonds
