You’ll get daily emails and access to a private Facebook group guided by Jo Rowkins, Nutritionist.

We use delicious foods that support hormones, metabolism, blood sugar balance and healthy weight loss. We eliminate sugar, processed foods, wheat and alcohol. Instead we follow a nourishing, relaxed-Paleo-inspired way of eating. The plan includes delicious, simple recipes and is up-to-date with current scientific and nutritional research.

Jo qualified as a nutritional therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2008. She has consulted with thousands of people from around the world with many different health issues.
Jo believes that finding balance is the key to abundant health and vitality and is interested in exploring many aspects to guide her clients to a place of balance, connecting to the reasons behind the behaviours.
Jo is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She resides in Brighton, England and is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy).
