How do you follow the program?

You eat an abundance of healthy, delicious foods that support hormonal balance, weight loss and improve your symptoms, by following the recipes and Allowed Foods list. You’ll also be encouraged to prioritise selfcare practices and focus on lifestyle factors to support your hormones. You’ll get daily emails and access to a private Facebook group guided by Jo Rowkins, Nutritionist.

What Foods Are Allowed?

We use delicious foods that support hormones, metabolism, blood sugar balance and healthy weight loss. We eliminate sugar, processed foods, wheat and alcohol. Instead we follow a nourishing, relaxed-Paleo-inspired way of eating. The plan includes delicious, simple recipes and is up-to-date with current scientific and nutritional research.

A typical day's food:

  • Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs & Veggies/Quinoa Porridge/Buckwheat Pancakes & Summer Berries.
  • Lunch: Salmon with Nicoise Salad/Scrambled Tofu/Frittata with Cherry Tomatoes & Spinach
  • Dinner: Streamed Fish with Spicy Sesame Oil/Quinoa with Butternut Squash/Lemon Garlic Cod with Cauliflower Rice

About Jo Rowkins

Jo qualified as a nutritional therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2008. She has consulted with thousands of people from around the world with many different health issues.

Jo believes that finding balance is the key to abundant health and vitality and is interested in exploring many aspects to guide her clients to a place of balance, connecting to the reasons behind the behaviours.

Jo is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She resides in Brighton, England and is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy).
